# Goosechase vs EdVenture App

The clearest difference is rating: Goosechase at 4.8 against EdVenture App's 4.3. Goosechase also leads on ratings volume (13K vs 3) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). EdVenture App's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 77%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Goosechase holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Goosechase has 13K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of Goosechase's written reviews are positive against 100% of EdVenture App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Goosechase ships an update monthly, EdVenture App every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
