# PP视频 vs 爱奇艺随刻

The clearest difference is monetization model: PP视频 at free with in-app purchases against 爱奇艺随刻's subscription. 爱奇艺随刻's advantage is ratings volume (350K vs 356) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PP视频 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and 爱奇艺随刻 sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

爱奇艺随刻 holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 爱奇艺随刻 has 350K ratings behind it against 356, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of PP视频's written reviews are positive against 68% of 爱奇艺随刻's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PP视频 ships an update monthly, 爱奇艺随刻 fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
