# Voice Loop vs Recorder

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Recorder at 100% against Voice Loop's 27%. Recorder also leads on price (Free vs $0.99) and rating (4.3 vs 2.6). Voice Loop's advantage is ratings volume (23 vs 3) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Recorder is free to download; Voice Loop costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
