# BeyondTrust Rep Console vs IT Glue

The clearest difference is monetization model: BeyondTrust Rep Console at free against IT Glue's subscription. BeyondTrust Rep Console also leads on review sentiment (22% vs 7%) and ratings volume (107 vs 9). IT Glue's advantage is rating (2.1 vs 1.8) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

IT Glue holds the better App Store score, 2.1 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BeyondTrust Rep Console has 107 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of BeyondTrust Rep Console's written reviews are positive against 7% of IT Glue's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BeyondTrust Rep Console ships an update every 5 months, IT Glue every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
