# Praise Indy vs SSCLIVE

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SSCLIVE at 100% against Praise Indy's 50%. SSCLIVE also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Praise Indy's advantage is update cadence (every 4 months vs every 13 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Praise Indy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 10 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Praise Indy's written reviews are positive against 100% of SSCLIVE's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Praise Indy ships an update every 4 months, SSCLIVE every 13 months. Both last shipped on October 11, 2026.
