The clearest difference is rating: Photo Stitcher 2.0 at 1.9 against Panomatic's 1.0. Photo Stitcher 2.0 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months). Panomatic's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 19%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Photo Stitcher 2.0 holds the better App Store score, 1.9 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Photo Stitcher 2.0 has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
