# Fish Galaxy vs Deepwave Diver

The clearest difference is ads: Fish Galaxy at none against Deepwave Diver's shown. Fish Galaxy also leads on iOS requirement (5.1.1 vs 13.0). Deepwave Diver's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 5 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fish Galaxy sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Deepwave Diver sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fish Galaxy ships an update every 5 months, Deepwave Diver every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
