# Ruutu vs Allente

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Ruutu at 50% against Allente's 0%. Ruutu also leads on ratings volume (179 vs 1). Allente's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Allente holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ruutu has 179 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Ruutu's written reviews are positive against 0% of Allente's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ruutu ships an update every 3 weeks, Allente monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
