# Dice Flash vs Yatzy Multiplayer

The clearest difference is price: Yatzy Multiplayer at Free against Dice Flash's $4.99. Yatzy Multiplayer also leads on rating (4.4 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (3.2K vs 1). Dice Flash's advantage is review sentiment (76% vs 41%) and in-app purchases (none vs 3). On update cadence, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Yatzy Multiplayer is free to download; Dice Flash costs $4.99 up front. Yatzy Multiplayer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Dice Flash asks for nothing beyond the download.

Yatzy Multiplayer holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Yatzy Multiplayer has 3.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 76% of Dice Flash's written reviews are positive against 41% of Yatzy Multiplayer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dice Flash ships an update every 3 months, Yatzy Multiplayer every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 23, 2026.
