The clearest difference is rating: ntouch® at 4.1 against Live Caption's 2.5. ntouch® also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (497 vs 39). Live Caption's advantage is update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 12.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
