# Yes Session vs dManager

The clearest difference is price: dManager at Free against Yes Session's $0.99. dManager also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 36 months) and ratings volume (359 vs 1). Yes Session's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

dManager is free to download; Yes Session costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Yes Session holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: dManager has 359 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Yes Session's written reviews are positive against 71% of dManager's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
