# Yes Session vs Total Plus

The clearest difference is price: Total Plus at Free against Yes Session's $0.99. Total Plus also leads on update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 36 months) and ratings volume (2.3K vs 1). Yes Session's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Total Plus is free to download; Yes Session costs $0.99 up front. Total Plus sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per year. Yes Session asks for nothing beyond the download.

Yes Session holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Total Plus has 2.3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Yes Session's written reviews are positive against 69% of Total Plus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Yes Session ships an update every 36 months, Total Plus every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
