# Yandex Mail vs COPIX

The clearest difference is rating: Yandex Mail at 4.7 against COPIX's 3.1. Yandex Mail also leads on ratings volume (15K vs 26) and update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly). COPIX's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 17) and ads (none vs shown). On price, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Yandex Mail sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per month. COPIX asks for nothing beyond the download.

Yandex Mail holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Yandex Mail has 15K ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of Yandex Mail's written reviews are positive against 50% of COPIX's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Yandex Mail ships an update every 10 days, COPIX monthly. Both last shipped on October 18, 2026.
