# EmployeeXperience vs IQ Neo

The clearest difference is ratings volume: EmployeeXperience at 62 against IQ Neo's 6. IQ Neo's advantage is review sentiment (25% vs 13%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 2.1 for EmployeeXperience against 2.0 for IQ Neo. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EmployeeXperience has 62 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.
