# Morocco Press vs MAPExpress

The clearest difference is rating: Morocco Press at 4.4 against MAPExpress's 3.7. Morocco Press also leads on update cadence (every 5 months vs every 23 months) and ratings volume (172 vs 3). MAPExpress's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and ads (none vs shown). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Morocco Press sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. MAPExpress asks for nothing beyond the download.

Morocco Press holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Morocco Press has 172 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 91% of Morocco Press's written reviews are positive against 100% of MAPExpress's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Morocco Press ships an update every 5 months, MAPExpress every 23 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
