# iAquaLink vs ThermoLinx

The clearest difference is rating: iAquaLink at 4.7 against ThermoLinx's 1.7. iAquaLink also leads on ratings volume (101K vs 7). ThermoLinx's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (44% vs 28%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

iAquaLink holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iAquaLink has 101K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 28% of iAquaLink's written reviews are positive against 44% of ThermoLinx's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iAquaLink ships an update every 2 months, ThermoLinx every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
