# iAquaLink vs Jacuzzi Pumps

The clearest difference is rating: iAquaLink at 4.7 against Jacuzzi Pumps's 2.9. iAquaLink also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 16 months) and ratings volume (101K vs 14). Jacuzzi Pumps's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (40% vs 28%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

iAquaLink holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iAquaLink has 101K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 28% of iAquaLink's written reviews are positive against 40% of Jacuzzi Pumps's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iAquaLink ships an update every 2 months, Jacuzzi Pumps every 16 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
