# iAquaLink vs My Back Pathways

The clearest difference is monetization model: My Back Pathways at free against iAquaLink's free with in-app purchases. My Back Pathways also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). iAquaLink's advantage is ratings volume (101K vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

My Back Pathways holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iAquaLink has 101K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

iAquaLink ships an update every 2 months, My Back Pathways every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
