# iAquaLink vs JOYN NOW

The clearest difference is review sentiment: JOYN NOW at 63% against iAquaLink's 28%. JOYN NOW also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). iAquaLink's advantage is ratings volume (101K vs 8) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

iAquaLink holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iAquaLink has 101K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 28% of iAquaLink's written reviews are positive against 63% of JOYN NOW's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iAquaLink ships an update every 2 months, JOYN NOW every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
