# iAquaLink vs Lang Realty

The clearest difference is monetization model: Lang Realty at free against iAquaLink's free with in-app purchases. Lang Realty also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 28%). iAquaLink's advantage is ratings volume (101K vs 93) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for iAquaLink against 4.8 for Lang Realty. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iAquaLink has 101K ratings behind it against 93, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 28% of iAquaLink's written reviews are positive against 50% of Lang Realty's.

iAquaLink ships an update every 2 months, Lang Realty every 4 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
