# Repeat Timer vs OneTouchVibrationTimer

The clearest difference is ads: OneTouchVibrationTimer at none against Repeat Timer's shown. OneTouchVibrationTimer also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). Repeat Timer's advantage is rating (4.2 vs 3.7) and ratings volume (558 vs 6). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Repeat Timer sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and OneTouchVibrationTimer sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Repeat Timer holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Repeat Timer has 558 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of Repeat Timer's written reviews are positive against 50% of OneTouchVibrationTimer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Repeat Timer ships an update monthly, OneTouchVibrationTimer every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
