# LPGA vs Golf Channel

The clearest difference is rating: Golf Channel at 4.6 against LPGA's 2.7. Golf Channel also leads on ratings volume (32K vs 143) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Golf Channel holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.7.
