# FaceClock Calendar vs OLED Clock

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: OLED Clock at none against FaceClock Calendar's 2. OLED Clock also leads on review sentiment (79% vs 54%) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FaceClock Calendar sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. OLED Clock asks for nothing beyond the download.

FaceClock Calendar holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 32 and 15 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 54% of FaceClock Calendar's written reviews are positive against 79% of OLED Clock's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FaceClock Calendar ships an update every 3 months, OLED Clock every 4 weeks. Both last shipped on October 7, 2026.
