# QQ vs 淘云互动

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 淘云互动 at none against QQ's 12. 淘云互动 also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (38% vs 18%). QQ's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (9K vs 12). On price and rating there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QQ sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. 淘云互动 asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 2.7 for QQ against 2.8 for 淘云互动. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: QQ has 9K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two.
