# QQ vs Chomog

The clearest difference is rating: QQ at 2.7 against Chomog's 2.0. QQ also leads on ratings volume (9K vs 1) and chart position (#102 vs unranked). Chomog's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QQ sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and Chomog sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

QQ holds the better App Store score, 2.7 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: QQ has 9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
