# ShowMe Interactive Whiteboard vs Planbook Mobile

The clearest difference is monetization model: ShowMe Interactive Whiteboard at free with in-app purchases against Planbook Mobile's subscription. ShowMe Interactive Whiteboard also leads on review sentiment (70% vs 51%). Planbook Mobile's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ShowMe Interactive Whiteboard sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Planbook Mobile sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Planbook Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 14K and 7.7K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of ShowMe Interactive Whiteboard's written reviews are positive against 51% of Planbook Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ShowMe Interactive Whiteboard ships an update monthly, Planbook Mobile every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
