# 当当 vs 慢慢买

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 慢慢买 at none against 当当's 10. 慢慢买 also leads on review sentiment (75% vs 44%) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). 当当's advantage is rating (3.7 vs 3.4). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 当当 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per month. 慢慢买 asks for nothing beyond the download.

当当 holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 慢慢买 has 37 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of 当当's written reviews are positive against 75% of 慢慢买's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

当当 ships an update every 3 weeks, 慢慢买 weekly. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
