# Yumm vs Кинопоиск

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Yumm at 79% against Кинопоиск's 26%. Yumm also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 17.0). Кинопоиск's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Yumm sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Кинопоиск sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Кинопоиск holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Кинопоиск has 38K ratings behind it against 37, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of Yumm's written reviews are positive against 26% of Кинопоиск's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Yumm ships an update every 6 weeks, Кинопоиск weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
