# Twincle vs Calendar Notes

The clearest difference is price: Calendar Notes at Free against Twincle's $1.99. Calendar Notes also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (127 vs 2). Twincle's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 16.0). On review sentiment, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Calendar Notes is free to download; Twincle costs $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Calendar Notes holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Calendar Notes has 127 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Twincle's written reviews are positive against 93% of Calendar Notes's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Twincle ships an update every 6 months, Calendar Notes every 11 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
