# French Beauté Tips vs NailKeeper

The clearest difference is rating: French Beauté Tips at 5.0 against NailKeeper's 4.5. French Beauté Tips also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.1). NailKeeper's advantage is ratings volume (274 vs 8) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NailKeeper sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. French Beauté Tips asks for nothing beyond the download.

French Beauté Tips holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NailKeeper has 274 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of French Beauté Tips's written reviews are positive against 77% of NailKeeper's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

French Beauté Tips ships an update every 6 weeks, NailKeeper fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
