# Virtual Keypad vs Go Redemption

The clearest difference is rating: Go Redemption at 4.8 against Virtual Keypad's 4.3. Go Redemption also leads on iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.0). Virtual Keypad's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (13K vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Go Redemption holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Virtual Keypad has 13K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Virtual Keypad ships an update every 2 weeks, Go Redemption every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
