# Grade Aid vs Easy Grade

The clearest difference is ads: Grade Aid at none against Easy Grade's shown. Grade Aid also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Easy Grade's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (11K vs 3). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Grade Aid sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Easy Grade sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Grade Aid against 4.9 for Easy Grade. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Easy Grade has 11K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Grade Aid ships an update every 11 months, Easy Grade fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
