# Beer Fun vs Dronk

The clearest difference is rating: Dronk at 4.2 against Beer Fun's 2.0. Dronk also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks) and chart position (#89 vs unranked). Beer Fun's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dronk sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Beer Fun asks for nothing beyond the download.

Dronk holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dronk has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of Beer Fun's written reviews are positive against 0% of Dronk's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Beer Fun ships an update every 2 weeks, Dronk every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
