# Ramadan Times vs Iftar

Ramadan Times and Iftar both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 90% of Ramadan Times's written reviews are positive against 70% of Iftar's. Ramadan Times also leads on ratings volume (1.2K vs 119) and iOS requirement (7.1 vs 15.1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ramadan Times sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Iftar sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Ramadan Times against 4.9 for Iftar. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ramadan Times has 1.2K ratings behind it against 119, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 90% of Ramadan Times's written reviews are positive against 70% of Iftar's.

Ramadan Times ships an update every 5 weeks, Iftar every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
