# Splash Mini vs CEREBRAL

The clearest difference is update cadence: Splash Mini at every 3 weeks against CEREBRAL's every 14 months. Splash Mini also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Splash Mini sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and CEREBRAL sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Splash Mini ships an update every 3 weeks, CEREBRAL every 14 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
