# EasyPark vs FLEXHOTEL

The clearest difference is review sentiment: FLEXHOTEL at 100% against EasyPark's 31%. FLEXHOTEL also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). EasyPark's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.3) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EasyPark holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EasyPark has 9.6K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of EasyPark's written reviews are positive against 100% of FLEXHOTEL's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

EasyPark ships an update fortnightly, FLEXHOTEL every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
