# EZMP3 Player vs Music Player+

The clearest difference is rating: Music Player+ at 4.3 against EZMP3 Player's 3.4. EZMP3 Player's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (70% vs 51%). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EZMP3 Player sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Music Player+ sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Music Player+ holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 63 and 55 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of EZMP3 Player's written reviews are positive against 51% of Music Player+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

EZMP3 Player ships an update every 2 weeks, Music Player+ every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
