# 有道云笔记 vs Scanner

The clearest difference is rating: 有道云笔记 at 4.7 against Scanner's 4.2. Scanner's advantage is iOS requirement (10.3 vs 13.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 有道云笔记 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per month and Scanner sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

有道云笔记 holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 530 and 300 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 87% of 有道云笔记's written reviews are positive against 91% of Scanner's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

有道云笔记 ships an update every 3 weeks, Scanner fortnightly. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
