# Prayer Notes vs Mobile Knee

The clearest difference is ads: Mobile Knee at none against Prayer Notes's shown. Mobile Knee also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (13.6 vs 17.0). Prayer Notes's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (3.8K vs 6). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Prayer Notes sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Mobile Knee sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Prayer Notes holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Prayer Notes has 3.8K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 74% and 75% positive.

Prayer Notes ships an update every 2 months, Mobile Knee every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
