# MyMazda vs NYIS

The clearest difference is review sentiment: NYIS at 100% against MyMazda's 22%. NYIS also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). MyMazda's advantage is ratings volume (211K vs 18) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NYIS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyMazda has 211K ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 22% of MyMazda's written reviews are positive against 100% of NYIS's.

MyMazda ships an update fortnightly, NYIS every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
