# OpenDrive vs Cloud Indeed

The clearest difference is rating: OpenDrive at 4.7 against Cloud Indeed's 3.0. OpenDrive also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (43 vs 4). Cloud Indeed's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 15%) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OpenDrive sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Cloud Indeed sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OpenDrive holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OpenDrive has 43 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of OpenDrive's written reviews are positive against 33% of Cloud Indeed's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

OpenDrive ships an update every 2 months, Cloud Indeed every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and September 19, 2026 respectively.
