# BIMx vs OrthoGraph

The clearest difference is review sentiment: BIMx at 60% against OrthoGraph's 13%. BIMx also leads on rating (4.0 vs 2.4) and in-app purchases (none vs 10). OrthoGraph's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OrthoGraph sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. BIMx asks for nothing beyond the download.

BIMx holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BIMx has 168 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 60% of BIMx's written reviews are positive against 13% of OrthoGraph's.

BIMx ships an update every 6 weeks, OrthoGraph every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
