# FIU Mobile vs MyPBSC

The clearest difference is rating: FIU Mobile at 4.4 against MyPBSC's 3.8. FIU Mobile also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 18 months). MyPBSC's advantage is review sentiment (72% vs 59%). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FIU Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 50 and 104 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of FIU Mobile's written reviews are positive against 72% of MyPBSC's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FIU Mobile ships an update every 2 months, MyPBSC every 18 months. Both last shipped on October 22, 2026.
