# Equibase vs Silks TV

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Silks TV at 100% against Equibase's 46%. Silks TV also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.3) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 months). Equibase's advantage is ratings volume (157 vs 13). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Equibase sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Silks TV sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Silks TV holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Equibase has 157 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 46% of Equibase's written reviews are positive against 100% of Silks TV's.

Equibase ships an update every 2 months, Silks TV every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
