# DVR Connect vs iNVR Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: iNVR Mobile at 3.3 against DVR Connect's 2.8. DVR Connect's advantage is ratings volume (16 vs 3) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 12.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

iNVR Mobile holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DVR Connect has 16 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
