# Contacts Sync vs Google Admin

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Contacts Sync at 79% against Google Admin's 11%. Contacts Sync also leads on rating (4.6 vs 1.7) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 8 months). Google Admin's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 7). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Contacts Sync sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Google Admin asks for nothing beyond the download.

Contacts Sync holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Contacts Sync has 15K ratings behind it against 518, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 79% of Contacts Sync's written reviews are positive against 11% of Google Admin's.

Contacts Sync ships an update every 5 days, Google Admin every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
