# MYFAU vs CamAtom

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MYFAU at 54% against CamAtom's 0%. MYFAU also leads on ratings volume (47 vs 3) and update cadence (every 4 months vs every 11 months). CamAtom's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 2.4) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CamAtom holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MYFAU has 47 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 54% of MYFAU's written reviews are positive against 0% of CamAtom's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MYFAU ships an update every 4 months, CamAtom every 11 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
