# 189邮箱 vs QQ邮箱

The clearest difference is rating: QQ邮箱 at 3.6 against 189邮箱's 2.4. QQ邮箱 also leads on ratings volume (728 vs 8) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). 189邮箱's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 11) and review sentiment (82% vs 51%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QQ邮箱 sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. 189邮箱 asks for nothing beyond the download.

QQ邮箱 holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: QQ邮箱 has 728 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of 189邮箱's written reviews are positive against 51% of QQ邮箱's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

189邮箱 ships an update every 2 months, QQ邮箱 every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
