# 3T vs Care Trening

The clearest difference is update cadence: Care Trening at every 2 weeks against 3T's every 3 months. 3T's advantage is iOS requirement (13.4 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

3T ships an update every 3 months, Care Trening every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 19, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
