# uShip vs BTC Tech

The clearest difference is rating: uShip at 4.6 against BTC Tech's 4.0. uShip also leads on ratings volume (4.8K vs 1). BTC Tech's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (11.4 vs 16.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

uShip holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: uShip has 4.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
